We are looking for a candidate with a higher professional (technical) education and at least 5 years of experience in management positions in the construction industry.

Your key responsibilities:

• Management of the development of prospective and current plans for construction, reconstruction and commissioning of construction facilities.
• Control of costs for the purchase of equipment and construction materials, as well as compliance with the rules of storage and conservation quality.
• Conducting work on delivery, acceptance and commissioning of construction objects.
• Organization of accounting and reporting.
• Approval of orders and other documentation for the payment of workers and applications for resources.
