Chief Compliance Officer in Ukrgazvidobuvannya

JSC "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" is considering resumes for the position of Chief Compliance Specialist. Responsibilities: Verification and assessment of counterparties' corruption and sanctions risks (conducting KYC\AML procedures of counterparties); Conducting due diligence procedures of counterparties; Analysis of contractual documents, ensuring systematic monitoring of changes in legislation Collection and processing of employee conflict of interest declarations. Maintenance and monitoring of the register of declarations, maintenance and monitoring of the register of affiliated persons of the company; Verification of candidates for positions on the subject of risk compliance, conflict of interest; Development of a plan for the settlement of the conflict of interest. Assessment of conflict of interest situations, providing conclusions and recommendations on conflict of interest resolution and further monitoring of the implementation of recommendations; Keeping a register of gifts, ensuring the formation and storage of the department's documentation archive. Qualification requirements: Education: Economics (auditing) and/or legal education (law, jurisprudence ); Work experience in the position of compliance, or internal audit, or financial monitoring, or legal support of the activity of a legal entity for at least 1 year; Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation, international legislation in the field of combating bribery and corruption (including FCPA, UK BA). Understanding of international sanctions legislation, experience of working with OFAC, EU, NSDC and other lists; Knowledge of international standards and generally accepted practices in the field of compliance; Practical experience of working with Prozorro systems and other public procurement platforms; Experience of working with Megapolis, SAP systems - will be an advantage.
