Chief Compliance Officer (CСO) in AccessFinance Group

AccessFinance is a financial group operating since 2015 in the field of financing the needs of businesses and individuals. Group companies are issuers of securities. We are looking for a professional who will organize and head the Compliance department. Responsibilities: 1. Ensuring compliance of the company's activities with the requirements of the NBU, NKCPFR and other regulators. 2. Development of internal company documents in accordance with the requirements of regulators and current legislation. 3. Participation in the development of standard contracts taking into account the requirements of regulators and current legislation. 4. Answers to requests from the National Bank of Ukraine, NKTSPFRM and written appeals from corporate clients. 5. Submission of notifications to regulators in connection with changes in the activities of companies. 6. Development and implementation of a financial monitoring system in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. Requirements: higher economic or legal education; work experience in similar positions from 1 year; ability to analyze global and Ukrainian practices; experience in conducting internal and external audits; experienced user of MS office (Excel, Word , PowerPoint); fluency in the Ukrainian language; communication skills and the ability to work in a team; analytical abilities; attention to detail.
