Chief Compliance Manager (FinTech) in Todapay

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations and conducting KYB) procedures for our Payment Service Provider (PSP). Your experience in fintech, payment aggregators, and projects related to iGaming and high-risk industries will be a valuable addition to our team.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting KYB procedures for new clients and evaluating their compliance with established standards and rules.

- Performing control purchases to identify fraudulent activities and ensure the security of payment operations.

- Developing and implementing procedures and policies to ensure the company's compliance with legal requirements.

- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.

- Assessing risks and devising measures to manage payments and combat fraud.

- Preparing reports on completed KYB procedures and the results of control purchases.

Skills:

- Experience working as a Compliance Manager in fintech, payment aggregators, or projects related to iGaming.

- Deep knowledge of KYB procedures and experience in their application.

- Understanding of legislation and regulations related to payments and the financial sector.

- Proficiency in English to conduct business correspondence and communicate with international clients and partners.

- Ability to organize data systematically and manage work effectively.

- Analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on data and statistics.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
