Functional responsibilities:
- Participation in salary reviews: data preparation, filling out surveys;
- Processing of results salary reviews, preparation of analytical conclusions and proposals;
- Personnel planning, management of the organizational structure, staff list;
- Performance of personnel cost calculations according to changes in the organizational structure;
- li>Evaluation of positions according to the Mercer methodology;
- Development and updating of policies and procedures in the direction of compensations and benefits;
- Analysis of the need and possibility of technical implementation of changes in the personnel management information system, development of TK and execution of functionality testing;
- Analysis of the effectiveness of motivational programs, development of proposals for their changes;
- Development of non-material motivation programs;
- Support of annual personnel evaluation, management of the PMP process in general;
- Preparation of reports and presentations for management.
Requirements:
- Work experience in in the field of C&B and/or organizational development from 4 years;
- Systemic knowledge in the field of compensation and benefits;
- Practical skills in planning and analyzing FOP and personnel costs;
- Knowledge of work evaluation methodology (KPI, competencies, etc.);
- Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation, normative and legislative acts in the field of labor organization, payment and personnel management;
- Knowledge of the Mercer grading system;
- Developed analytical skills;
- Ability to work with large data sets;
- Proficiency in Excel at an expert level (pivot tables, complex formulas, diagrams);
- Experience in writing regulatory documents;
- Experience in optimizing and automating processes;
- English language proficiency level – Intermediate/Upper Intermediate;
- li>Experienced Power Point user.
