Requirements.

Education and experience:

  • Higher education in business, economics, marketing or related disciplines.
  • At least 10 years of work experience in the commercial field, of which at least 5 years in managerial positions.
  • Work experience in international companies, understanding of global markets.
  • Experience with e-com (understanding of the main sales channels in e-commerce, commercial indicators and KPI)
  • B2C sales management experience, contact center management preferred (implementation of plans, building business processes, department management, motivation, KPI development, accounting and work automation).
  • In-depth experience in marketing and product promotion (strategic planning, development strategy, implementation of competitive strategy, category management, promotion channels, management and product development).

Project management:
