Requirements.

Education and experience:

  • Higher education in the field of business, economics, marketing or related disciplines .
  • Confirmed MBA education will be a significant advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in the commercial field, of which at least 5 years in management positions.
  • Work experience in international companies, understanding of global markets.
  • E-com experience (understanding of the main sales channels in e-commerce, commercial indicators and KPI)
  • B2C sales management experience, management preferred contact center (implementation of plans, construction of business processes, department management, motivation, KPI development, accounting and work automation).
  • In-depth experience in marketing and product promotion (strategic planning, development strategy, implementation of competitive strategy , category management, promotion channels, product management and development).

Project management:

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Ability to work with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello).
  • Experience of implementation and work on OKR.

  • Control of the work of the marketing department in the direction of the development of physical goods.
