- Work experience in international companies, understanding of global markets.
- E-com experience (understanding of the main sales channels in e-commerce, commercial indicators and KPI)
- B2C sales management experience, management preferred contact center (implementation of plans, construction of business processes, department management, motivation, KPI development, accounting and work automation).
- In-depth experience in marketing and product promotion (strategic planning, development strategy, implementation of competitive strategy , category management, promotion channels, product management and development).
Project management:
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
