Chief budgeting and business planning specialist in PrivatBank

We are looking for a Chief Innovation Specialist and of performance analysis, which seeks to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values ​​of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

The main role of the position: ensuring the effectiveness of the tariff policy for the products of the direction, construction and review of financial models of products and services, management of the budget process, customer segmentation and analytics, automation of reporting, proposals for introducing innovative payment solutions to the market with the aim of ensuring the achievement of strategic indicators of the Direction.

Primary responsibilities:

• Calculates, processes and provides analytical data on the strategic indicators of the direction, budgeting, business planning, mutual calculations between the directions and businesses of the bank
• Interacts with the employees of the Business Analytics Department in part of the tasks assigned by the direction, consolidates the tasks and results, sets priorities
• Implements/submits ideas for the implementation of new/improvement of existing systems, processes, showcases, services, dashboards, escalations, statistics aimed at automation of sales accounting and calculation of analytical solutions
• Implements, implements and supports project tasks and solutions for products of the direction
• Providing proposals for improving bank services/products taking into account the needs of the Direction
• Analyzes statistical data on sales of acquiring products
< li>Providing proposals for improving services and existing acquiring/bank products taking into account business needs (individual, corporate)
• Develops business processes for the operation of new acquiring products/services

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• Work experience and results using SQL calculations
• Knowledge and ability to use the basics of business analysis
• Experience in collecting, analyzing and verifying requirements for changing business processes, regulations and information systems in the Bank
• Ability to work with large amounts of information;
• Advanced use of Excel, ability to work with summary tables , summary charts, smart tables and data model in Excel;
• Knowledge of basic concepts: tables, keys, indexes;
• Knowledge and skills in implementing, developing and promoting acquiring/Internet acquiring products /corporate products in the Bank
• Zknowledge of legislative and normative legal acts in the field of bank work and normative acts approved by the current legislation of Ukraine and normative acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
• Knowledge of business Ukrainian language
• Ability to systematize and analyze disparate flows of information
• Skills for building effective communication with representatives of the Bank's divisions at any level
