What is needed from you:

• professional higher education;
• valid Architect certificate;
• experience in organizing and managing the work of assistants.
• experience working with residential and commercial real estate;
• knowledge of programs ArchiCAD/ Revit, Lumion, Photoshop and others; 3DMax, Unreal engine will be an advantage.
• knowledge of DBN and European standards;
• knowledge of modern trends in design, modern decoration, building materials and construction technologies;
• good architectural taste;
• work experience with production, construction and metal structures

What you will do:

• conducting analytics;
• development concepts of the company's model range from single-story to multi-story buildings;
• organization, motivation and control of the work of architects-designers
• close work with the engineer and buyer, and other associates
• selection of a team for the implementation of entrusted projects, writing technical specifications and distribution of responsibilities among the team;
• planning and full responsibility for timely execution of work;
• participation in negotiations with clients
• development of exterior and interior design projects of premises;
• verification specifications and estimates;
• project management from design to production and construction. Control of all processes (terms, quality, compliance with design documentation, etc.);
• search for subcontractors, conducting negotiations with them;
• selection of materials and equipment;
• ensuring the full design cycle;
• implementation of copyright supervision
