Chief architect of customer service in HOLDING-SITI, TOV

Among the key projects are residential complexes Svitlo Park (a new district near Pechersk with its own infrastructure) and Edeldorf (a business-class complex in an aristocratic district of Kyiv Tsarske selo).

Currently, there is an open vacancy for the chief architect of the customer service. We are looking for an experienced specialist who has an up-to-date HAP certificate with a CC3 construction permit and is familiar with architectural design, landscaping and design.

Requirements for a successful candidate:

Key tasks:

• preparation of design tasks for new design scopes (architecture, landscaping, design) for existing and new projects;
   support, verification and approval of project documentation by the
  general designer;
• development of elements of project work (nodes) together with contractors in case of controversial issues;
• compilation of a working version of the urban planning calculation and tentative placement of buildings on new sites to determine their appropriate use;
• development of technical assignments to contractors, designers, for tenders;
• visits to facilities as needed, meetings with contracting organizations, participation in meetings at facilities.
