Chief analyst of consolidated information in NovaPay

We are currently inviting a specialist to the position of"Chief Analyst of Consolidated Information"

Our expectations are:

• education (preferably technical education: computer science/cybernetics, etc.);
• work experience as a consolidated information analyst or data analyst - from 2 years. Experience in the financial field will be a plus;
• knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MS SQL) at a high level (at least 1-2 years of database experience) - preferably experience of writing functions and procedures;
• knowledge of CRM systems; Cross/Down/Up-Sell;
• knowledge of the basics of databases: design and basic operations (DDL/DML) and practical experience with data warehouses;
• ability to create communication campaigns / support already existing ones;
• skills of customer base segmentation;
• experience of data loading automation (SQL);
• ability to build analytics using various methods analysis;
• skills in creating and maintaining Excel / Power BI reports;
• experience in interacting with regulatory bodies;
• ethics and professionalism: adherence to high standards of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism.

Main tasks:

• collection, processing and analysis of customer data from various sources (CRM systems, databases, social networks, sales analytics);
• conducting analysis of the customer base and customer segmentation;
• creation of models for predicting customer behavior;
• development of recommendations for personalizing marketing campaigns and improving interaction with customers;
• technical support of creating marketing CRM campaigns;
• participation in the determination of key performance indicators (KPI) for CRM strategies for the promotion of the Company's products and services;
• interaction with internal customers and assistance in creating technical specifications;
• preparation of presentations, dashboards and analytical reports at the request of the manager.
