Functional duties:

• Ensuring the reliable functioning of the Bank's IT systems: user support, preparation of workstations for employees, installation, configuration of workplaces, ensuring the functionality of peripheral equipment, calling the master, provision of warranty repair
• Technical accounting in a specialized system
• Knowledge of building principles based on TCP/IP protocols< /li>
• Knowledge of the working principles of client-server applications in the Microsoft domain environment
• Solution of 2nd line problems in the service Desk Help Desk
• Maintenance of printing equipment

Our expectations:

• Higher education
• Knowledge of PC hardware, knowledge of peripherals and office equipment;
• Deep knowledge of Windows family operating systems
• Experience of working in large companies with a fleet of PCs from 1500

• Working with remote access tools
