Why am I looking for a specialist personally, and not HR? We do not have an HR department at bodo. As leaders, we build our teams and cultivate our corporate culture. All stages of selection are carried out by me. So let's get to know each other!

I have been working and developing at bodo for 8 years and have worked my way up in the company from line accountant to financial director.

  6. Step-by-step adaptation to the position. A training plan for professional tasks, instructions and checklists, constant meetings with me and colleagues who are ready to help and advise. I am always available so that you can come and ask questions.

Now about the expectations from the specialist I am looking for:

  1. Has specialized education and a high level of knowledge of accounting and tax accounting, knows the chart of accounts.
  2. Has experience with VAT.
  3. Independent - knows how to make decisions, calculates in advance and insures.
  4. Wants to learn and develop.
  5. Experience as a single accountant/chief accountant/deputy chief accountant for 2 years or more will be an advantage.
  6. No bad habits (including IQOS, glo, singles, vapes, etc.).

IMPORTANT: Everyone, in including me, working in an office full time. No remote work or hybrid schedule.

What you will be doing:

  1. Povnot maintaining an LLC on the general taxation system and a sole proprietorship on a single tax together with 1 subordinate accountant.
  2. Issue and registration of tax invoices and adjustment calculations to them, tax credit control, VAT load planning.
  3. Keep records of income and expenses of future periods (experience with this area is not obligatory, we will teach)
  4. Form (according to a ready-made template) and make amendments to contracts/additional agreements with buyers/suppliers
  5. Keep management accounting
  6. Formulate the budget plan/fact.
  7. Formulate/submit reports: monthly, quarterly, annual. For example, a combined report from the EUS, Personal Income Tax and VZ, a single tax declaration, a VAT declaration, a balance sheet, statistical reports, settlement statements at the PFU, etc.
  8. Calculate wages, vacations , sick leave.

I personally analyze all reviews and conduct telephone and offline interviews. I make decisions quickly and provide feedback (both continuing communication and ending it) immediately or the next day.

About the team

Our team includes 4 accountants, 4 chief accountants by area (you can become one of them), chief accountant of a group of companies , 2 HR inspectors, a cashier and a financial director. You can easily ask a question to your manager, colleagues from your department or other departments.
