Chief Accountant (spoken English) in EBS

Ensuring accounting, preparation and submission of financial statements within the established terms2. Organization and control of the work of the accounting service3. Submitting proposals for improving the company's operations to the management of the company4. Audit support and annual audit preparation5. Control of the company's liquidity and preparation of relevant forecasts6. Consolidation, control and provision of all reporting processes7. Participation in accounting automation 8. Consultations on accounting issues, risks, processes, etc.9. Participation in transfer pricing reporting10. Conducting corporate and Ukrainian reporting11. Accounting and compilation according to IFRS12. Work with control bodies 13. Team management, development, team training, talent management, conflict management Candidate requirements: Work experience in an international company English language — at a high level (reporting, correspondence, communication) Higher education (finance, accounting) Experience of working as a chief accountant for 5 years or more ( preferably) Experienced user of 1C 8.3 ZUP, SAP, M.E.DOC, Excel, Word, Client-bank, etc. Experience in preparing reporting under IFRS Experience in preparing corporate and Ukrainian reporting, transfer pricing Experience in building, optimizing and automating business processes Experience in multifunctional team management Experience in negotiating Experience structuring business processes Experience in project management Excellent knowledge of legislation Personal qualities: Courtesy Flexibility Stress resistance Developed communication skills Strong leadership skills Confidence and persistence Reliability Ability to prove your point of view Willingness to help at any time If your work experience meets our requirements - send your resume!
