OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: Has a specialized higher education, experience of working in a similar position for at least 2 years, knows current legislation, standards of accounting (VAT, general system, single tax) Confident user 1C: 8, M.E. DOK Can work with a large amount of information. MAIN DUTIES OF THE CHIEF ACCOUNTANT: Ensuring accurate financial accounting of all operations related to the management of the property of the Management Company .Preparation and submission of reports in accordance with current legislation.Development of the budget for optimal use of the financial resources of the UC.Planning of financial costs and resources for the support and improvement of the housing stock.Ensuring interaction with the members of the UC on financial issues and providing the necessary information.Resolving issues related to with payment, calculations and other accounting aspects of interaction.
