Chief Accountant for Colgate-Palmolive Ukraine in Akkaunting Hab, TOV

We are currently looking for a chief accountant for our team. Main duties: provision of accounting, tax and management outsourcing services accounting for companies located on the territory of Ukraine and abroad, including IT companies; accounting in the field of foreign exchange (import-export of goods, works, services), including intercompany transactions; communication with foreign suppliers and customers; control of the correctness of primary documents, their reliable and timely display in the ledger; payroll and personnel accounting; preparation of advance reports; monitoring and analysis of accounting data; closing of accounting periods (monthly); preparation and submission of mandatory reporting: tax , financial, statistical, etc.; management of company projects and support of individual business processes; monitoring of changes in legislation and provision of consulting support to clients; management accounting; coordination and control of the activities of accountants of their team (1-3 specialists). Necessary skills and competencies: higher or secondary special education in the field of accounting, finance, economics; work experience — from 2 years in the position of chief accountant/deputy, preferably in foreign companies (experience in Big4 or outsourcing will be an advantage); knowledge of PSBO, knowledge of IFRS will be an advantage; confident command of programs : BAS, 8.3 UTP, UPP MEDoc. Experience in SAR, Navision (will be considered an advantage); knowledge of the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of accounting and tax accounting; monitoring changes in legislation and providing consulting support; ability to work with large volumes of information; ability to work in a team; English language not lower than UpperIntermediate (necessary free correspondence and consulting clients); attentiveness, initiative, analytical abilities, being able to plan one's work, prioritizing tasks, possessing a high level of responsibility.
