We are looking for the best Chief Accountant/Financial Director.

Main job objectives:

- automation of accounting processes in terms of accounting, tax, management accounting based on 1C BAS KUP; : 400">- reporting, which is required for making management decisions.

Job duties:

• Control of accounting and tax accounting
• Development of security issues (establishing roles and providing access for employees)
• Setting up warehouse accounting
• Digitization fixed assets
• Automation of the CF report (compilation of the report structure, transfer to 1C, linking of income and expenses to the report tree, finalization of the report in 1C (if necessary))< /li>
• Automation of the P&L report
• Automation of the management balance (docking with CF and P&L, implementation of the depreciation mechanism)< /li>
• Automation of the salary block (control of employee discount limits and their use, implementation of special features of salary calculation and KPI, docking with CF, P&L and management balance)
• Compilation of template instructions for performers and users of 1C in each direction.
• Education of employees to correctly fill in all data in 1C
• Selection of employees and formation of the accounting and finance department team.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience in a similar position of 3 years or more, or in the position of financial analyst/financial controller.
• Successful experience of working on the basis of 1C KUP and skills of cooperation with programmers, writing high-quality technical tasks required.
