The production enterprise of the city of Horodok (Lviv region) is inviting a chief accountant-deputy director for finance to work. Requirements: Work experience of 5 years or more in a manufacturing company; Work experience in the field of foreign trade (export/import); Experience of managing a team of accountants. Confident user of accounting programs (BAF KUP), M.E.Doc, electronic offices, etc.; Experience in conducting external audits, tax audits and preparing answers to requests from tax authorities; Experience in cooperation with financial institutions regarding the issuance and support of loans; Understanding of business processes production, cost analysis and activity risk criteria Attention, reliability, responsibility. Responsibilities: Organization and maintenance of accounting and tax accounting of economic operations of a manufacturing enterprise. Accounting for VAT, tax credit, control of the formation and registration of tax invoices for tax liability. Preparation and submission of financial statements, VAT and income tax statements and other mandatory reporting. Monitoring of current legislation and timely implementation of changes in accounting and tax accounting. Planning and forecasting of VAT and income tax. Participation in inspections of state control bodies. Conducting annual audits. Control document flow (ensuring the timely receipt and display of primary documents in the accounting system), as well as payments and mutual settlements with debtors and creditors. Analysis and control of expenses and income, cash flow; automation of processes, setting tasks for programmers; Forecasting the tax burden, advice to management on optimization ; Analysis of the cost of production Providing consulting support to the management and employees of the sales department and the supply department, regarding the optimization of business processes and the tax burden ; Cooperation with banks and financial institutions on lending issues.
