De7 Partner, a partner of the leading IT consulting company in Europe, invites you to join our team of Chief Accountant. Requirements: - Higher economic education; - Experience in the field of finance and accounting for at least 5 years, in the role of Chief Accountant for at least 3 years;- Knowledge of 1C, BAS, SAP (preferred);- Knowledge of the English language at a level no lower than average (correspondence with the parent company in English, understanding of specific terms in English-language contracts, conversational is desirable, but not necessary);- In-depth knowledge and experience of working with VAT: accounting of taxable and non-taxable transactions, distribution of tax credit, determination of the place of supply of services; - Experience in keeping records of DiyaCity residents with taxation under special conditions. Location: Kyiv, office near Olimpiysk. Work format: hybrid, sometimes in the office as needed. Work schedule: 09:00-18:00, Mon-Fri. Team: subordinated to 1 accountant. Responsibilities: - Comprehensive management of accounting, tax, personnel records in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine for LLC - a resident of DiyaCity ;- Calculation of wages, vacation and sick leave, including for gig specialists;- Accounting of fixed assets;- Accounting of receivables and payables;- Preparation of all forms of financial, tax, statistical reporting;- Coordination of external annual audits, etc.;- Control of document flow;- Ensuring control over compliance with the procedure for drawing up primary accounting documents;- Cash flow forecasting;- Preparation of the annual budget;- Preparation of financial statements on a quarterly and annual basis (US GAAP);- Preparation of management reporting in SAP (in the future);- Cooperation with project managers, the legal team and other divisions of the company; - Direct participation in the process of concluding contracts with counterparties - participation in the development of payment calculation schemes and interaction with counterparties under the contract; - VAT calculation (import/export of services, determination of the occurrence of VAT, tax credit , distribution of VAT).
