Chief Accountant in Sarantis Group / Ergopak

We are looking for a highly professional and efficient specialist who is ready to solve ambitious and complex tasks. Requirements for the position: - higher education, specialized (accounting, economics, finance); - at least 5 years of relevant experience (preferably in large manufacturing companies) in the position of chief accountant / deputy chief accountant (preferably FMCG); - deep knowledge of accounting concepts, IFRS (DipIFR certificate), tax legislation of Ukraine, including transfer pricing; - practical experience of successful tax/international audit; - deep knowledge and practical experience of foreign economic activity; - excellent management skills - experience in accounting with the number of subordinates from 5 people MANDATORY; - knowledge and practical experience of working with accounting software SAP (will be an advantage) and 1С8; - ability to work independently and thoroughly; - efficiency, strategic thinking, systematic approach to their responsibilities, high efficiency; - strong analytical skills, purposeful and practical approach to solving problems; - ability to work in a dynamic multitasking environment; - team player with motivation, ambition and innovative ideas; - average level of English language proficiency (oral and written) .Functional duties: - ensuring accounting in accordance with IFRS, including control, reconciliation and analysis; - preparation and submission of tax, financial (including transfer pricing) and other mandatory reports; - control and implementation of the group's accounting policy, active work with local and group financial departments; - manage and develop a team of accountants (up to 12 people); - coordination of the activities of other structural divisions in order to bring them in line with the requirements of the accounting policy; - support of various audits (tax, external) - ensuring timely closure period (monthly), be ready to comply with deadlines; - sign payments through client-banks; - check contracts for compliance with the requirements of accounting standards and tax legislation of the country in which they are concluded and the requirements of the company; - presentation of the company to the tax administration, including preparation of answers to requests; - participation in the development and implementation of the accounting system in accordance with the requirements of the company/group.
