The Chief Accountant will beresponsible for overseeing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: —Organization and supervision ofaccounting and tax records for the group ofcompanies. —Monitoring the representation ofall business transactions inthe accounting and managerial records. —Preparation and submission ofaccounting, tax, and statistical reports. —Oversight ofall accounting areas, document availability, and control ofbank accounts. —Collaboration with auditors during annual audits. —Control over the availability ofprimary documents. —Period closing procedures.
