REQUIREMENTS:

- Master's Degree in Finance/Accounting.

-minimum of 5+ years of work experience in the field of accounting and finance, preference is given to candidates with work experience in the production field;

-knowledge of the English language at the B2/C1 level (knowledge of the Russian/Ukrainian language is welcome).

-experience in preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS and/or national standards.

-practical experience with taxes (indirect, direct taxes).

-perfect knowledge of Polish accounting, tax and management accounting.

-ability to build processes from scratch.

-strong analytical and time management skills.

-advanced level of mastery of MS Excel.

- excellent communication and problem solving skills.

FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

-to control daily accounting activities, including making accounting entries and carrying out reconciliations;

-bear full responsibility for accounting, closing the reporting period in the agreed terms;

-regular submission of tax and regulatory reporting;

-keeping accurate and up-to-date financial documentation and reporting;

-cooperation with the financial team to analyze financial data and prepare reports for local and group management;

-preparation of financial reports and coordination of audit work;

-identification of areas for improvement of processes and introduction of rationalized financial procedures;

-help with budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
