Chief accountant in Horsh Ukrayina, TOV

The company "HORSCH UKRAINE" is the official representative office of the German company "HORSCH" in Ukraine, which is engaged in the production of high-quality agricultural machinery. We are actively developing and invite you to become part of our successful team in the position of Chief Accountant.

Place of work: Kyiv region, village Velyka Soltanivka, village Velyka Soltanivka, st. Motovylivska, 3 (30 km from Kyiv, on the facade of the Kyiv-Odesa highway).

Working conditions: full-time, 5-day work week, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Mon-Thurs) and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Fri).

Key requirements:

• higher education (economic or financial);
• 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
• mandatory knowledge of BAS, M.E.DOC, Microsoft Office programs;
• skills in the SAP program will be an advantage;
• practical skills of budgeting, planning, drawing up internal reports to management;
• participation in automation of work in the accounting system, the ability to correctly set the task for the programmer;
• management of automation processes based on 1C8 of all types of accounting (management, operational, accounting, tax, IFRS);
• knowledge of national and international accounting, financial, tax standards;
• knowledge of the basics of legal acts regulating the field of accounting and tax accounting;
• responsibility, desire to develop;
• written and oral literacy;
• fluency in English or German (oral and written) will be an advantage over other candidates.

Functional responsibilities’:

• effective organization of accounting work (there is one accountant under your command). 
• preparation and submission of all types of reporting;
• formation of primary documents;
• control of document flow;
• foreign economic activity (import-export);
• work with contracts;
• control of accountant work;
• calculation of wages;
• control and planning of the VAT department: optimization, timely registration;
• analysis and minimization of financial risks;
• budgeting and reporting on the implementation of the budget plan;
• financial planning (strategic and monthly);
• control of receivables and payables;
• cooperation with representatives of audit companies of the group, provision of necessary information and documentation for annual audits of accounting accounting;
• compilation of Intercompany consolidation files.
