Chief accountant in Smart Solutions

International FMCG company in the direction of beverage production is looking for a Chief Accountant.

Responsibilities:

Accounting

• Ensuring 100% compliance with local legislation and internal corporate standards.

• Maintaining transparent and accurate accounting, timely submission of financial reporting.

• Management of the register of fixed assets, receivables and payables.

• Processing of bank statements, reconciliations and monthly reconciliations.

• Preventive management of credit and payment risks, including detection and prevention of fraud.

Closing the period, planning and forecasting

• Timely and accurate completion of monthly and annual financial closes and preparation of financial statements.

• Coordination of annual and interim audits, preparation of tax returns.

• Verification and correction of monthly reports before submission to central office or regulatory authorities.

• Preparation monthly balance sheet reconciliations and financial statements.

Treasury management

• Preparation of monthly forecasts and cash flow reports.

• Liquidity level monitoring in accordance with corporate policies.

• Formation of weekly and monthly cash flow reports funds.

Business partnership

• Consulting support of budget owners and providing them with relevant financial information for decision-making.

• Identifying inefficient processes and providing suggestions for their optimization.

• Supporting internal controls and processes.

• Assisting in solving questions from suppliers, customers and employees, as well as providing support to the financial manager.

Team management

• Formation and motivation of the involved team, setting goals and tying results to the reward system.

• Conducting regular performance evaluations with transparent feedback.

• Promoting professional development through internal training.

• Documentation key processes and use of checklists to ensure operational stability.

Requirements:

• CMA, ACCA, CIMA certification or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience

• In-depth knowledge of local tax laws, local standards (GAAP) and IFRS.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Confident use of ERP systems (preferably BI, SAP S4/HANA, FI, SD and MM modules).

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and English.

• Self-organization, structure, ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment environment.
