POSITION: Chief accountant

WORK FORMAT: 4 hours a day, remote or hybrid 2/3

LOCATION: Kyiv, Lesya Ukrainka Boulevard

SALARY LEVEL: Equivalent in hryvnia 1200 Euro (Gross)

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Recruitment to the company's staff and social guarantees according to the legislation of Ukraine, 24 calendar days of annual leave legislation of Ukraine:

• Basic accounting/bookkeeping — checking primary documents for correctness; accounting of transactions with clients; accounting of transactions with suppliers; accounting of banking transactions; reconciliation of customer, supplier and bank accounts; accounting of fixed assets, intangible assets; accounting of operations with employee business trips, preparation of primary documents - invoices, acts of work performed, advance reports
• Advanced accounting - checking of accounting records for correctness and availability (confirmed by primary documents); checking the completeness of the display of all typical operations; accounting of atypical operations (recognition of income, depreciation, expenses of future periods, interest and expenses on loans, profits and losses from the disposal of fixed assets and intangible assets, profits and losses from exchange rate differences, etc.); preparation and verification of the trial balance sheet
• Tax accounting (VAT) - preparation and registration of tax invoices, verification of tax invoices of suppliers for correctness, preparation and registration of adjustments to tax invoices, ensuring compliance with the requirements of VAT legislation, preparation and submission monthly tax declarations with VAT
• Income tax checking of the company's accounting for the presence of temporary tax differences or income and expenses that are not included in gross expenses, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the income tax legislation, preparation and submission of the annual tax declaration from income tax
• Mandatory financial reporting, preparation and submission of quarterly, ensuring compliance with standards and rules of financial reporting
• Checking of accrual and management of the salary payment process and preparation of relevant reports
• Formation of a qualified electronic signature, design and signing of the Company's reporting
• Working with the Navision corporate financial accounting system
