What needs to be done? Attract new customers—large and medium-sized enterprises in Ukraine—by processing lists of target companies, writing personal letters, cold calls and networking. Conduct negotiations with potential customers (including C-suite). Conduct product demos. Create commercial offers. Cross-sell and up-sell. Help solve key customer issues. Plan and monitor chatbot development projects. Provide regular updates and reports on sales results. Collaborate with product development and marketing teams on the content, structure and design of sales materials. What are we looking for? 3+ years of experience in B2B sales. Experience in IT sales ( CRM, ERP, HRM, IT security, chat bots, e-doc systems). Fluency in the Ukrainian language. Level of English (oral and written) — Upper-Intermediate. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Initiative, goal-oriented, client-oriented, analytical abilities and skills in solving complex customer requests. What do we offer?
