Your responsibilities:

• Prompt processing of incoming messages in the chat
• Providing detailed advice to customers about products or services
• Supporting and helping customers at all stages of interaction

Requirements:

Knowledge of the Ukrainian language at a level that allows you to communicate effectively in the chat. Ability to work with various online platforms and messengers. Experience working in customer support services (desirable but not required)
