Chat operator with knowledge of the German language in SKILL VISION

Company "SKILL VISION" is an innovative IT company specializing in the development of software for business support. We are looking for a chat operator with knowledge of the German language to communicate with our customers and partners.

Tasks:

- Conducting chat communication with customers and partners of the company in German language;

- Solving customer questions and problems in chat;

- Maintaining a positive company image through effective communication.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of German language level A2 and higher;

- Experience in the field of customer service will be an advantage;

- Responsibility and attention to details.

-  Working schedule 5/2 from 10:00 until 19:00;
