Chat operator (Support Service Specialist) - remote work in FARTSICh

Work format: remote
Schedule: we select individually (4/2 or 5/2)
Salary: from UAH 35,000 + bonuses for KPI and performance

What you will do:

• Communicate with customers in the chat: explain, prompt, help.

• Quickly understand the essence of the request and give an accurate answer without redirects.

• Update and systematize knowledge for future requests.

• Feel the pace: know when to respond immediately and when to respond thoughtfully, but exactly.
