Chat operator, support service specialist in DiJust

We are currently at the stage of active scaling, so we are looking for a "Chat Operator" who will help and support our users in the mode live chats. Work schedule: 2 day shifts/ 2 weekends/ 2 night shifts/ 2 weekends. One shift is 12 hours. Daytime: from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Night: from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.; Our ideal candidate has the following skills: Fluent in the Ukrainian language (written and spoken); Sees himself in the field of customer service and maintenance; Friendly and loves all customers, is ready to help them in any matter; Possesses the following skills: a confident PC user and high typing speed.
