The work format is completely remote.

What you will do:

• Provide customers with quick and clear answers to their questions.

• Communicate with customers in the chat and help solve typical situations.

• Transfer more complex cases specialists.

• Enter information into the internal database and keep a small report.

Don't have experience? No problem!
The main thing you need to get started:

• Good communication skills in Ukrainian.

• A computer or laptop with Internet access.
