What will you do? (Your future superpowers):

• Chat Master: Quickly and competently answer customer questions in text format (online chat, messengers, e-mail).

• Investigator: Promptly find solutions to problems using our internal knowledge bases and tools.

• Consultant: Provide customers with complete information about our products or services (without "cold" calls and active sales).

• Team Assistant: Record customer inquiries and offers in the CRM system, helping to improve our service.

 Who are we looking for? (Our requirements that are not intimidating):

• Literacy (100%): You are fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, write without mistakes and can "turn" complex information into understandable text.

• Willingness to learn: You strive to quickly learn new knowledge about our product/service and constantly improve your skills.

• Resistance to stress: You are able to remain calm and friendly, even when the client is upset.

• PC user: You are confident with basic programs and can quickly switch between windows.

• We consider full-time and part-time students: Willing to discuss the schedule if it allows to ensure full time.
