Chat operator, support service, direct in Litvinov O.A., FOP

We are looking for a chat operator, support service, direct to work in an online chat with customers.

Responsibilities:

- Interaction with customers in the chat to solve their questions and problems;
- Providing operational support and consultations;
- Registration and processing of applications in the system;
- Conducting business communication with clients.

Requirements:

- Fluency in the Ukrainian language, preferably knowledge of Russian or English;
- Experience in the field of customer service will be an advantage;
- Sociability, politeness and the ability to quickly respond to questions.
