Chat Operator (Support Service) in Dance Country

Hello!  We are a friendly team looking for a Chat Operator (Help Desk) to make our customers happier! If you like to communicate, help people and want to work in a warm atmosphere, this job is for you! No experience? No problem - we will teach you everything you need!

• Competent written and spoken Ukrainian language (knowledge of English will be a plus).

• Work experience is not necessary - we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn!

Your responsibilities:

• Quickly and politely respond to customer requests in chats (messengers, email, website).

• Help solve customer questions, provide information about services or products.

• Work in the CRM system (don’t worry, we will teach you how it works).

• Maintain a positive atmosphere in communication with customers and colleagues.
