Chat operator, Support manager in Netgame

We are currently in the phase of active scaling, so we are looking for a "Chat Operator" who will help and support our users in live chat mode. Work schedule: 2 day shifts/ 2 weekends/ 2 night shifts/ 2 weekends. One ​​shift of 12 hours. Day: from 9:00 to 21:00 and Night: from 21:00 to 9:00;

Our ideal candidate has the following skills:

• Fluent in the Ukrainian language (written and spoken );
• Sees himself in the field of customer service and maintenance;
• Friendly and loves all customers, ready to help them in any matter;
• Has the following skills : confident PC user and high typing speed.

Main tasks:

• Accept incoming requests from customers (e-mail, online chats);
• Maintain a friendly atmosphere in communication with clients;
• Show customer orientation in work and help as much as possible in resolving issues.
