Chat operator (Customer Support) in EvoPlay

We currently have an opening for aHelp Desk Operator to join our friendly team.

What will you do?

• Communicate with users via chat and email;

• 400">

  Provide clear answers to technical and financial questions;

• Help customers better understand our products, promotions and offers;

• Transfer more complex inquiries to the appropriate departments;

• Notify the team about found problems or errors on supported resources.

Requirements:

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (both spoken and written);

• Attention to details;

• Willingness tolong-term work at the computer;

• Resistance to stress - you don't get lost when several requests arrive at the same time;

Schedule jobs: 

Changeable - 2/2. 2 working days (day shift 7:00 - 19:00), 2 days off, 2 working days (night shift 19:00 - 7:00), 2 days off.
