Responsibilities:
Communicating with users via online chat in real time.
Responding to customer requests, providing information and help in resolving issues.
Working according to internal scripts and instructions.
Fixing requests in the system and transferring complex cases to specialized specialists.
Maintaining a high level of service and positive customer experience.
Requirements:
Experience as a chat operator / as a support manager is desirable, but not required (without experience is also considered).
Confident use of a PC, fast typing.
Resistance to stress, responsibility, customer orientation.
Attention to details and the ability to work according to instructions.
