Chat manager with knowledge of the Polish language in Matema

Hello!  We are Mathema.me, an international online platform. to study mathematics in a distance format. Since 2021, we have already helped more than 15,000 students in Ukraine and Europe to understand and love mathematics.

And now our team is looking for you - an energetic customer support manager.

What will you do

• Communicate with parents, students and teachers via chat (email, Viber, Telegram) - we use a convenient "single window" service so that all requests are processed quickly and efficiently. Sometimes you also need to talk on the phone

What we expect from you

• Experience in customer support from 1 year - you know how to make the customer happy.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and Polish in written and spoken form.
• Competent and fast construction of sentences without losing the quality of correspondence.
• Skillful processing of claims and objection - conflicts do not scare us, but give us the opportunity to become better.
• Politeness and kindness - you easily find a common language with any client.
• Willingness to find solutions - we love those who know how to go beyond the limits standards.

What we offer

• Monetary reward - rate15,000 UAH +bonuses for achieving KPIs. Here everything depends on you. Grading system: your rate will increase with experience and results - it all depends on you!
• Schedule — format 2/2 - two working days, two weekends. On weekdays, hours - from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.,on weekends - from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m..
