Chat manager, with knowledge of English. languages in Kocyur L.O., FOP

We are constantly growing and improving the service, so we are looking for an energetic Chat Manager to join our Kyiv team. If you communicate fluently in English and like to help people - we are waiting for you!

What you will do (Duties):

• Communication: prompt interaction with customers through chat platforms to solve their requests and technical issues.

• Consulting: providing comprehensive information about the company's products and services.

• Reporting: maintaining internal documentation and preparation of reports based on the results of consultations.

• Support: maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and polite communication.

Required experience:

• Excellent knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate (B2) level or higher (literacy is a priority).

• Ability to quickly navigate non-standard situations and quickly find solutions.

• High level of empathy and stress resistance.

• Would be an advantage: experience in the field of customer service or technical support.
