We are looking for a Chat manager who will not only answer questions, but also keep the quality of the company's communication at a level worthy of our products.

The job is completely remote.

What you do when you log in:

• You are the first point of contact for those who expect accuracy: buyer assistants, regional managers, small entrepreneurs. They don't need "sorry for the inconvenience" - they need to know where the shipment is, if there is a discount, when the model is available.
• You don't just send a template - you analyze the request, understand what is behind the words "when will it arrive" or "why isn't it turned on" and provide exactly what is needed.
• You see where the system gives failure, and do not be silent. You write You offer You influence.
