Responsibilities: - Conducting an active search for potential customers on the market of the Baltic countries and involving them in cooperation with the company "BizForse"; - Conducting negotiations with potential customers and conducting correspondence in the Russian language; - Conducting negotiations regarding the conclusion of contracts and ensuring the fulfillment of the terms of cooperation; - Support of the already existing portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and the development of mutually beneficial relationships; - Analysis of the market and competitors, development and implementation of sales strategies. Requirements: - Fluency in the Russian language ;- High communication skills and the ability to convince customers;- Knowledge of the market and the peculiarities of local business processes;- Confident skills in working with a computer and software systems;- A high level of self-organization and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
