Uniwell is an international service company that provides Customer Care services to users from more than 100 countries in Health&Fitness industry 🍏 🏋🏼‍♂️

We are looking for a Chat Manager to provide quality support to users of mobile applications and websites. We know all about how to adjust weight and build muscle and conduct regular training for the team with leading nutritionists and trainers.

You are our ideal candidate if:👇🏼

— you have 6 months of work experience in support;
- you have a level of command of the written English language from Upper-Intermediate and above;
- you can communicate politely and meaningfully;
- you are caring and you have a sincere desire to help users;
— you are interested in the topic of a healthy lifestyle;
- able to respond quickly and solve customer requests;
- you find an individual approach to clients.

Your future duties: 👇🏼

— communication and providing quality support in chats;
— processing of user requests in chats;
— collection and analysis of feedback from users;
— help in creating a knowledge base;
- interaction with product, marketing and development teams.

Will be a plus:

- experience with Intercom (Zendesk or FreshDesk)
- experience in sales
