Chat manager in FOP Mundrik

We are looking for responsible and communicative candidates who are ready to develop together with us and work with clients in an online environment.

Format and work schedule:

• schedule 5/2, for 6 hours a day;

• the possibility to choose any convenient 6 hours for work;

• a 30-minute break is provided during the shift;

• work in the office (the center of Odesa) or remote.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• maintaining online text communication with clients on the platform and in work social networks;

• maintaining active and friendly communication;

• consulting clients within project;

• maintaining a positive image of the company.

Requirements:

• competent language;

• confident communication skills;

• ability to learn quickly and work in a team;

• basic command of the English language (can use translator);

• work experience is not'required - we teach.

• remote work requires a laptop.

Training and payment:

• training lasts 3 days;

• full administrator support at all stages work;

• an advance is paid upon completion of training;

• stable payments twice a month - on the 10th and 25th;

• advance after the fifth working day;

• payment to a card of any bank or other convenient way.
