In connection with the expansion, we are looking for an attentive and responsible chat manager to support customers in online channels.

Duties of a chat manager

• Prompt correspondence with customers in messengers, on the website and in social networks.

• Consultations on the range of measuring equipment (basic information, characteristics - if available training).

• Reception of applications, advice on products, help in choosing.

• Creating and fixing applications, transfer of complex technical issues to specialized managers.

• Maintaining a high level of service and corporate style of communication.

• Keeping brief reports on applications.

Candidate requirements

• Proficient written/oral communication.

• Politeness, attention to detail, responsibility.

• Ability to respond quickly and clearly in chats.

• Basic technical literacy or readiness learn.

• Experience working with clients will be a plus, but not necessary.

• Ability to work with CRM, messengers and online services (preferred).
