Chat Admin/ Support Admin in KIT Group

We are looking for a Chat Administrator/ Support Administrator to join our team. It is possible without experience (we are ready to train).

 Main duties:

• Working with customer requests, complaints and proposals (recording, processing).

• Communicating with customers by phone and in writing (through chats and others channels).

• Providing comprehensive information to customers about the Company's services, procedures and promotions.

• Supporting customers through existing support channels.

• Transferring requests to the appropriate departments for prompt resolution of issues.

Requirements:

• Higher education.

• Free ownership in Ukrainian (required).

• Knowledge of the principles of customer support and business communication.

• Ability to effectively work with large amounts of information.

• Confident use of application and office programs.

• High communication skills and customer orientation.

• Resistance to stress, punctuality, organization and responsibility.

• Ability to work both in a team and independently.

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: MON-FRI, 09:00-18:00.
• Possibility of remote format work.

• Salary for the trial period: UAH 20,000, after the trial period: UAH 22,000 + bonus system (UAH 6,000).

• Guaranteed timely salary payment (2 times a month).
