Responsibilities: Coordination of the actions of all involved parties related to the performance of charter flights (airline units, customers, third-party organizations, brokers, etc.) and control of the performance of charter flights; Participation in coordination and adoption of operational decisions in failure situations, providing operational recommendations regarding schedule planning in failure situations; Informing Customers about operational and planned changes to the schedule of charter flights; Participation in the search for aircraft to perform charter flights in case of failure situations, communication with partner airlines (brokers); Preparation of information, reports on the disposal of aircraft actually performed flights, flown pax, the actual schedule for further transmission to the sales manager for the preparation of contracts, closing mutual settlements. Requirements: Higher education; Experience in ground handling, airports, handling companies; Knowledge of the English language at level B1 and above; Responsibility, stress resistance, sociability, organization; Ability to prioritize tasks and focus on results.
