Charity Project Manager in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. In 2022, another mission was added to the mission of building Ukrainian food companies - bringing victory closer. For this purpose, we are developing the SKELAR foundation charity fund. For a year and a half of work, we have already helped more than 3,800 Ukrainian military personnel — relatives and friends of Skelari residents. And from receiving an application for aid to being sent to the front, less than a week passes. Within the framework of the charitable initiative, training hubs were opened for takmed with the NGO "KoLeSo", where 26,000 soldiers, medics and civilians received training. For the initiative "Return alive" and together with other partner companies launched an educational project for the military "Captains' Training", which became the most powerful initiative from an IT company approaching victory, according to the version of the DOU Award. To implement this challenge and scale the CSR direction in SKELAR, we are looking for a Charity Project Manager. What is important for us is that our candidate: Highlighted the work and results of CSR and organized fundraising events within the company; Organized various charitable events and initiatives; Was able to plan and coordinate fundraising projects for charity and support of the Armed Forces; Knew how to seek and receive the best price offers from suppliers in Ukraine and abroad; Systematically worked with a large amount of data and information; Communicated with employees regarding their requests and the possibility of implementation. What challenges await: Development of the charity direction of the company, scaling and launching of charitable initiatives; Management and improvement of the process procurement and closure of employee requests; Ensuring effective communication and interaction in the team and with other departments; Reporting and document flow for all processes of the fund; Systematic organization of reviews from the military (videos and photos, thanks, etc.); Working with documents to help the military (processing requests from military units, drawing up Acts of Acceptance and Transfer from the Armed Forces to the military, accounting documents).In order to continue to develop tech businesses, conquer global markets and work for the victory of Ukraine, we have created all the possibilities within our venture builder: 8 infrastructure teams that help startups solve any issues: from recruiting to finance and legal issues.
