SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT- companies under the rules of the venture capital world. Together with co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch the next big everything and win in global markets.

In 2022, another mission was added to the mission of building Ukrainian food companies - bringing victory closer. For this purpose, we are developing our own charitable fund SKELAR foundation.

• For a year and a half of work, we have already helped more than 3,800 Ukrainian military personnel - relatives and friends of the people of Skelariv. And less than a week passes from receiving an application for assistance to being sent to the front.
• As part of the charity initiative, medical training centers were opened with the KoLeSo NGO, where 26,000 soldiers, doctors and civilians received training.
• Under the "Come Back Alive" initiative and together with other partner companies, an educational project for the military "Training Captains" was launched, which became the most powerful initiative from an IT company approaching victory, according to the DOU Award. What's next? And then the victory, in which we strive to invest even more and on a larger scale! To implement this challenge and scale the CSR direction at SKELAR, we are looking for a Charity Operations Manager.

What is important for us is that our candidate:
— Know how to build processes and manage charity fund projects;
— Communicated with employees regarding their requests and the possibility of implementation;
— Systematically worked with a large volume of data and information;
— Was able to plan and coordinate fundraising projects for charity and support of the Armed Forces;
—Partnered with large funds to launch large-scale projects (for example: "Captains' Training", "KoLeSo" and others);
— Covered the work and results of the CSR area and organized fundraising events within the company.

What challenges await:
— Working with requests from the military and monitoring their implementation;
— Management and improvement of the procurement process;

— Ensuring effective communication and interaction within the team and with other departments;
— Launch of large-scale initiatives and events;
— Systematic organization of reviews from the military (videos and photos, thanks, etc.);
— Working with documents while assisting the military (processing of requests from military units, drawing up Acts of Acceptance-Transfer from the Armed Forces to the military, accounting documents).
