Superpowers you have: AMaster’s degree inarelevant field such asNonprofit Management, Business Administration, Social Work, orarelated discipline. 4+years ofrelevant experience inaleadership role within the nonprofit sector, management ofcharitable initiatives, fundraising, and community engagement; Strong expertise infundraising strategies, including partnerships, crowdfunding, and leveraging charitable events Demonstrated ability tobuild and maintain effective relationships with local communities, industry partners, and other nonprofits, fostering collaborations for charitable projects; Proven ability toeffectively plan, execute, and manage charitable projects, ensuring alignment with the foundation’s goals and efficient utilization ofresources; Agenuine passion for making apositive impact incommunities through charitable initiatives; Excellent written and verbal communication skills toeffectively convey the mission ofthe charity foundation, engage stakeholders and inspire participation.
