Professional and personal competencies: —Experience in building partner networks; —Critically important experience of working with individual partner-personalities, as opposed to working with partner-companies; —Organizational abilities to take responsibility for the effectiveness of the partner network; —Knowledge of the FMCG, CPG markets will be a significant advantage; —Resistance to stress and the inability to find the approach of rude people; — Ability to work in a team and learn quickly; —Strong negotiation skills; — A high level of knowledge of English will be a decisive advantage. Main tasks: —Development and strategic management of the partner sales channel (primarily individual partners); —Maintenance of the catalog of partners and their statuses; —Expansion of the partner network; —Concluding contracts with partners and drawing up formal relations; — Onboarding of partners (meetings within the company on the product and format of cooperation); — Communication support: sending product and process updates, changes, transfer of relevant marketing materials; — Control of information about potential deals (collection, determination of what is missing, obtaining a partner, entering into CRM and transfer to BDM); —Conducting the qualification of leads according to the agreed scheme.
